  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed the next working day.

2. Shipping Zones & Coverage

  • The store ships within Pakistan.

  • For Shopify, Pakistan is treated as one shipping zone (a flat rate for all cities), unless the store uses special apps to set city-level rates.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Common courier partners used by Pakistani Shopify merchants include:

  • TCS Courier

  • Leopard Courier

  • Pakistan Post
    Delivery times typically are:

  • Within major cities: ~2–3 business days

  • Remote or smaller cities: ~4–7 business days

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is a popular option in Pakistan and often available.

  • COD may incur an additional fee payable to the delivery partner.

COD availability and additional charges depend on the courier partner the store contracts.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, customers usually receive:

    • Tracking number via email/SMS

    • Courier name

    • Estimated delivery date

This depends on the store or courier integration.

6. Delays, Lost, or Damaged Items

  • The store may not be responsible for delays due to weather, courier issues, or public holidays.

  • For lost/damaged items:

    • Customers should contact the store within 24–48 hours of delivery attempt.

    • Provide order number and photos of packaging (if damaged).
